ISO 9001 standard has been implemented all the way through the manufacturing processes to make sure the production of the superior reliability and quality VRLA rechargeable battery. The product defect ratio has been strictly controlled in accordance with PPM standard. In the meanwhile we are also visioned to adopt new and advanced equipment to our VRLA battery production, which for sure can help us to maintain our product at a high level of reliability and quality.

Materials/Components
Materials and components are 20% sourced from Taiwan and 80% are locally purchased.

Procedures/testing Details
The raw materials are sent to the testing room and lab for analysis and strict inspection. We implement IPQC and LQC (Line QC) in production, we do random check for the product performance. The finished products are strictly tested before packing. Sample checking is also conducted before delivery.
